WHERE CAN I COLLECT MY DIARY?
Diaries with pre-scheduled meetings can be collected at the Meetings Advice Desk. The team at the MeetingsAdvice Desk will also try to arrange any additional meetings on-site at your request.
HOW DO I REQUEST MEETINGS ONCE AT THE EVENT?
The team at the Meetings Advice Desk will be able to check air taxis, airlines/ fleet operators/investors,
airports/vertiports and suppliers availability and help you to schedule/reschedule your meetings. Please see
the team to request.
WHERE DO I TAKE MY MEETINGS?
As you collect your diary, you will be able to see a full schedule of both exciting summit topics for you to attend
as well as the one to one business meetings. You will also be able to see clearly the timing and location of
those meetings. Exhibitors take meetings at their booths, otherwise the table number is indicated in the diary.
HOW LONG ARE THE MEETINGS?
Each meeting slot is 20 minutes in length and in some cases, you may have a ‘double’ meeting with a 5-minute
break in between. We kindly ask that you attend your meetings on time. The meeting slot that is taking place is shown on the large screens throughout the venue. You will hear a single bell at the start of a slot and a double bell at the end
of the session.
