Where and when does the event take place?
The AIRTAXI World Congress will be held at the Grand Hyatt Dubai from October 7-10, 2024. The full address is Grand Hyatt Dubai, Oud Metha Road, Dubai Healthcare City, Riyadh Street - Near Sheikh Rashid Rd, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
On October 10th, the event will be held at a different venue near Al Maktoum Airport. The exact location will be announced soon.

Cultural Tour Gathering: Starts at 11:00 AM at the event entrance, Grand Hyatt Dubai.

Exchange Experiences: Invite-Only Roundtable Discussions with Regulators: Begins at 4:00 PM. Please visit the registration desk at the event entrance to be guided to the meeting point.

Welcome Reception: Open to All Delegates Arrivals start at 6:30 PM. Visit the registration desk to be directed to the welcome reception zone.

As an exhibitor, can I work with my own supplier or focus only on branding?
Yes, you can use your own supplier for branding and other elements such as lighting and screens, as long as you coordinate with us to ensure stand design consistency.

What is the location of my stand?

How early or late can we deliver our materials as an exhibitor or sponsor?
You can ship materials up to 3 days in advance, and they will be stored by the Grand Hyatt.
The latest delivery should be by October 7th, the setup day.

In addition to company representatives, can we bring hostesses?
Yes, you can bring hostesses at no additional cost. Please share their names with your account manager.
Where will my meetings take place if I am an exhibitor?
Meetings will take place at your stand.

Where will meetings take place for airlines and investors?
Meetings for airline and investor categories will be held in the Airline & Investor Lounge.

When will we receive access to the scheduling system?
Access to the scheduling system will be available from August 27, 2024.

To join the welcome reception, please arrive at the registration desk at the event entrance, Grand Hyatt Dubai Convention Center, starting from 6:30 PM. You will be directed to the reception area.

I have a flight on October 10th. How do I get to the airport?
Final Day activities will continue until 14:00, so we recommend booking your flight accordingly. For flights after 17:00, a coach service will be available departing from the final day location to DXB Airport.

How do I get a Flying Display schedule?
A daily schedule will be available on site on the day, as well as on the website nearer the event.

What aircraft will be on display?
 We will publish Aircraft listings as and when we are able to announce them. Please check the website and our social media accounts for further details.
*Aircraft listings will also be available on the Official app – available in the weeks leading up to the event and free to download from the app store.
 
What happens in the event of extreme weather? Will the show still go ahead?
The Flying Display will take place if it is raining. However, the organiser retains the right to cancel any part of the Flying Display due to adverse weather conditions.

Do you provide transportation to the final day venue?
Yes, we offer a coach pick-up service at 9:00 AM from the Grand Hyatt Dubai, Convention Center entrance, to the final location (to be announced soon). Parking is available at the venue if you prefer to drive yourself. The show begins at 10:30 AM. After the event, coaches will depart for DXB Airport and the Grand Hyatt at 2:30 PM. Please follow the directional signs.

We encourage all delegates to register in advance to save time and money. On-site registrations may not be guaranteed a meeting diary as desired and could face availability issues.

How can I obtain a supporting visa application letter?
If you need a visa to enter the UAE, we can provide a supporting visa application letter. Please email [email protected] with the following information:

Dates of entry and exit in the UAE

We provide refreshments during breaks, including coffee and tea, as well as a variety of lunch options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the Forest Floor Juice and Wine Bar will be available. No additional food or drink purchases are necessary.

Photography and filming are allowed for personal use only. By entering the event, you consent to the Organizer’s right to use any photos or recordings taken during the event for social media and marketing purposes. By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
